The 7th Swindon Tag Rugby Summer League 2012 will start on Thursday 24th May 2012. This year's matches will be played at Swindon Rugby Club. Here is the line up of teams:- Add a Logo

Matches are played on Thursday evenings from May for 9 weeks . Teams play 2 or 3 games per week. This year there will be a charge of £1 per person per week to cover equipment costs. What great value! About the Game Tag rugby is a fairly straightforward game and can be played by people with no experience of the full contact game. Seven players are on the pitch at a time and at least two of those must be female. All restarts must be passed to or from a female player.
The game is non-contact and 'tackles' are made by pulling off one of the two tags that each player has on a velcro belt. Only the ball carrier can be 'tagged' and they then have 3 steps or 3 seconds to pass the ball to a team mate. Kicking the ball and spinning out of a tackle are not allowed.
